Everyone has those jeans they wish they could get back into… so we set a goal and get to work. Especially when the warmer months come around, skin begins to start showing and clothes peel off… well as a curvy woman who has never minded showing her arms or legs no matter what the temperature… there are areas that I’d like to tone and health is important to me even if I’m not conforming to societies standard of beauty. I’ve recently teamed up with the makers of Visalus a soy based meal replacement, to introduce to you some of my new favorite recipes, take on their challenge, and get me back into my favorite yellow dress.
1 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 t. Coconut Extract
1 c. Mix of Pineapple and Mango pieces
Nutmeg – to taste
Blend in a blender and you are ready to go for the day….
